3 Germination: if you have a question or issue regarding germination please read our Germination Instructions and Germination Troubleshooting Guide. Customers who soak their Mandala seeds in water or wet paper tissue do so at their own risk.

4 Due to our intense work schedule we are unable to provide in-depth cultivation assistance on a personal basis.

7 Cannabis seeds are a live biological product. Resellers and customers are responsible for how they store and handle seeds. We do not replace seeds on an individual basis. Refunds are only processed officially via the distributer, in the event of a faulty or damaged shipment sent out to the distributor and subsequently sold to the reseller.
